Calculates the contribution for every guest aged 18 or over (€1.50 per night, capped at €22.50 per visit), collects it at check-in and prepares your quarterly return for the Eco Contribution Portal.
How it works
Set the region
Mark each property as Malta or Gozo. Arrivo applies the rate in force for each stay.
Guests pay at check-in
Each adult pays €1.50 a night, up to €22.50 per visit. Under 18s are exempt. The receipt shows it on its own line.
Export the quarterly return
Arrivo totals the quarter and exports the return as a CSV for the Eco Contribution Portal.
