Guest payments that land in your own account

Guests pay the eco contribution during online check-in. The money goes straight to your Stripe or Revolut Business account. Arrivo never holds it and takes no cut.

The eco contribution payment step in the Lido theme: 2 adults for 3 nights at €1.50, €9.00 in total, with a Pay button.

How a payment works

  1. Add your keys

Paste your secret key in Integrations. Keys are encrypted at rest, and afterwards we only ever show the last few characters.

  2. Add the webhook address

Arrivo gives you an address to paste into your Stripe or Revolut dashboard, so it hears about payments the moment they happen.

  3. Guests pay on a hosted checkout

The payment page is your provider’s own, so card details never touch Arrivo. Apple Pay and Google Pay work where your provider supports them.

  4. The guide unlocks

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the guest sees the door code. If a webhook goes missing, Arrivo checks with the provider directly.

Where the money goes

  3. Your bankPaid out on your usual schedule
Arrivo records that the payment happened. It never holds the money and takes no fee from it.

Payment questions

Does Arrivo charge a fee per payment?

No. Arrivo is free for one property and priced per property after that, never per payment. Your payment provider charges its usual fees on its side.

Can I pass card fees on to the guest?

Yes. Set a processing fee as a percentage, a fixed amount or both. Guests see it as its own line, separate from the eco contribution.

What does the guest see on their receipt?

The eco contribution on its own line, apart from your accommodation rate, as the Malta rules require. Any processing fee you add is listed separately too.

My bank or provider isn’t listed. Can I still use Arrivo?

Tell us which provider you use and we’ll look at adding it. In the meantime you can collect it another way and waive it on that booking in Arrivo, so the guest goes straight to the guide.

Have your next guest check in online

Add a property, connect your booking source or type in a booking, and Arrivo sends the check-in link, collects the eco contribution and switches on the TV. Free forever for one property, no card required.
